Board of Directors

ACF Members: vote now for the 2026 Board of Directors! There are 2 Officer (Vice President & Secretary) and 6 Board Member seats up for election.

Voting is available through December 1st. All ACF Members, regardless of age, are eligible to vote. Each ACF Member may complete the election form one time.

The 2026 Board of Directors will be announced at the Annual Members Meeting/4th Quarterly Board Meeting on December 6, 2025.

The Alaska Chess Federation Board of Directors is made up of three Officers and six Board Members.

The Officers hold 2 year terms and Board Members hold 1 year terms.

The President and Treasurer positions are elected during even numbered years and the Vice President and Secretary are elected during odd numbered years. Board Members are elected annually. There is no term limit for the Board of Directors. Elections take place during the 4th Quarterly Regular Board Meeting (in December).
